Red Lips & Buns

Im a big fan of Timeless hair and make up trends,as much as the world of hair and make up continues to evolve some things have been modified but the basics are still the same.I love the Bun,its chic ,classy ,timeless and I believe its the 1 hairstyle that exposes every woman's true beauty,5 head/ not,LoL. Red Lips have been controversial over the years as red lipstick is sometimes associated with Ladies of the night/the myth that only people with certain skin color /shade /tone look good with red lipstick which is not true.For me the perfect combo that works everytime and we are seeing a lot of on the red carpet is the Red Lips & Bun Combo,its a very easy trend to copy and you can change it to suit you.Below are pictures of Hollywood ladies who have nailed this trend.

Facebook is Dead,Lets Tweet!

I've been tweeting since 2009 & if it was up to me all those grown folk on Facebook who update their statuses in 2013 every 20mins just need to move with the times & start tweeting already.Facebook should only be used to stalk a potential bf/gf(admit it you also do it), look at other children's pics when you bored ,once in a while update your status & then just go there nje,Just for Control*ive always wanted to say that, hope I used it in the right context*LoL.

 

 

I've asked a lot of my friends why they don't tweet & the same old boring response ,'I don't like twitter' made me wonder,do you not like twitter because your loyal groupies who are always ready to like /comment(yes we all have these) on your status won't be able to because there is no 'Like' button on twitter?because you can actually comment;yes Facebook*yawn* was our first introduction to real social networking back in the day but now with all the options we have e.g twitter,instagram,keek,pinterest & the rest why do people find joy in irritating us with endless facebook updates every 20mins?Unless if you are President Obama, Warren Buffet / Khanyi Mbau im not really interested in your facebook updates every 20 minutes,maybe try tweeting then I will pay attention to what exactly you are trying to say.If it was up to me ,everyone would have 3 facebook allowances a day,meaning only update your status 3 times,thereafter you done!no more, because truth is ,unless your statuses are funny even your groupies will get bored by you updating every 20mins about your life.



 

 

 





what's the best way to announce your arrival??????????do you blow a horn/vuvuzela in this case since we are in Mzansi / do you just say, 'Hey world, i'm here' wave like a beauty queen then take a seat like you have just been introduced as one of the main speakers at a conference??
